I’ve emailed customer services many times just to check my order has been posted and they always respond promptly and are very friendly and helpful – excellent customer service really makes the difference. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday, and that’s standard delivery, technically you must get time travel with the more expensive options! Great service
